Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate
Head Chef
to oversee the setup and operations of a multi-kitchen restaurant concept.

The ideal candidate must be highly organized, creative, and capable of leading multiple culinary teams delivering both local and intercontinental dishes at consistent quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage overall kitchen operations across all concepts.
  • Design and standardize menus, recipes, and food presentation.
  • Supervise kitchen setup, equipment installation, and workflow planning.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff for multiple food sections.
  • Manage inventory, food costing, and supplier relationships.
  • Ensure hygiene, safety, and quality control at all times.
  • Collaborate with management on menu innovation and seasonal updates.
  • Maintain consistent taste and service standards across all brands.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of
    5 years' experience
    as Head Chef, Executive Chef, or Kitchen Manager.
  • Proven ability to manage
    multi-cuisine or multi-brand operations.
  • Expertise in both local Nigerian
    and
    intercontinental cuisines.
  • Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills.
  • Culinary certification or training is an added advantage.
