Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lagos for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. Responsibilities include developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies, building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying market opportunities, conducting sales presentations, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves training initiatives to support and enhance the sales team's effectiveness while ensuring the company achieves its revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effectively interacting with clients and addressing their needs
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, including driving revenue growth and implementing successful strategies
  • Experience in providing Sales Training to enhance the performance and skills of team members
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency in data analysis and market research is a plus
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong organizational skills
