Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Lagos, with the option for occasional remote work. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will handle tasks such as identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with customers, executing training programs, and overseeing sales management processes. The role will also involve delivering excellent customer service and collaborating with the marketing team to implement strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales and Sales Management to achieve company targets and optimize sales performance
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effectively engaging clients and addressing their needs
  • Experience in Training to enhance sales strategies and improve team performance
  • Ability to build relationships, think critically, and adapt to a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Familiarity with property technologies or housing solutions is a plus
