About the Role
Our client, a global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firm, is expanding its data operations team. We are hiring skilled and detail-oriented professionals across Research & Data Analysis, Data Labeling & Annotation, and LLM (Large Language Model) Training functions.

These roles are ideal for individuals who thrive on data accuracy, enjoy analytical problem-solving, and want to contribute to AI innovation and data-driven decision-making.

Data Labeling / Annotation Specialist

AI Data Training Associate (LLM Training)

Data Quality Reviewer / Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
For Research & Data Analysis:

  • Collect, organize, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insights.
  • Create detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to support business strategy.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within large datasets.
  • For Data Labeling & Annotation:
  • Review, classify, and annotate datasets (text, image, audio, or video) with precision and consistency.
  • Follow detailed labeling guidelines to support AI and machine learning model development.
  • Ensure high-quality, accurate, and consistent annotations through peer review and QA processes.

For LLM Training:

  • Curate and clean large datasets for AI and natural language model training
  • .Evaluate and refine prompts, responses, and datasets to improve model accuracy and contextual understanding
  • .Collaborate with data engineers and AI specialists to optimize data pipelines and model performance

Requirement

Degree and/or certification in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience
- ).Strong analytical and critical thinking skill
- s.Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive task
- s.Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, or data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plu
- s.Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, data labeling tools, or prompt engineering is an advantag
