The company engages in the delivery of cosmetic procedures, including both surgical and non-surgical treatments, aimed at enhancing physical appearance and overall wellbeing.The clinic also offers general healthcare services, ensuring the promotion of preventive and curative health management. In addition, Reverse Aesthetics Limited undertakes hair transplant and restoration procedures, as well as dental cosmetic and general dental treatments, utilizing modern technology and professional expertise to ensure high standards of care and patient satisfaction.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Accountant

Job Location: Oniru, Victoria Island, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Description

  • We are looking for an experienced and dedicated accountant to join our team.

Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting:

  • Maintain up-to-date financial records and ensure all transactions are properly documented.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Develop and maintain financial reporting systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct monthly bank, cash, and account reconciliations.
  • Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Track revenue, expenses, and profitability to support decision-making.

Accounting Operations:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Ensure timely invoicing, payment follow-ups, and proper cash management.
  • Maintain an accurate general ledger and chart of accounts.
  • Oversee petty cash management and ensure proper accountability.
  • Implement and monitor internal controls to prevent financial discrepancies.

Tax & Regulatory Compliance:

  • Handle all company tax matters including:
  • VAT filing and remittance
  • PAYE computation and remittance
  • Withholding tax administration
  • Company income tax support
  • Compliance with FIRS and LIRS regulations
  • Maintain accurate tax records and ensure timely submissions.
  • Liaise with external tax consultants where necessary.
  • Keep management updated on changes in tax laws and compliance obligations.

Audit & Compliance:

  • Prepare all schedules and documentation required for internal and external audits.
  • Collaborate with auditors and ensure audit recommendations are implemented.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Financial Advisory & Support:

  • Provide insights to management on cost-saving opportunities and financial risks.
  • Support business growth initiatives by providing financial analysis when required.
  • Assist with financial planning and strategy execution.
  • Other duties as may be required by the management.

Requirements

The Ideal candidate must have;

  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian tax laws and statutory remittances.
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Zoho, or similar).
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

Salary

N200,000 - N250,000 / month.
