390 Technologies is looking for a foundational
Content Marketer
to become the voice of our brand. We are seeking a storyteller and a strategist who can own our content from idea to execution, translating the complex challenges of running a business in Nigeria into clear, empathetic, and actionable content that our audience loves.

You will be instrumental in building our brand, educating the market, and driving growth for a product that provides Structure, Clarity, and Control to scaling African enterprises.

We are building the Business Operating System that liberates founders from the chaos of day-to-day operations, allowing them to finally do the visionary work they were meant to do.

We are looking for a storyteller and a translator. Your mission is to connect with the deep, specific frustrations of the Nigerian business owner and translate that pain into content that offers a path to clarity.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Own the 390 Voice:
    Embody the "operator's" tone across all channels.
  • Execute our Content Strategy:

Write and edit compelling, high-quality content that embodies our "Relatable Authority" brand voice. This includes in-depth articles, insightful social media threads, practical guides, client case studies, and video scripts.
- Create High-Empathy Scenarios:
You will write and help design the powerful, scenario-based Instagram carousels we've architected (e.g., "The WhatsApp Sales Chaos," "The 'Bad Staff' Cycle").
- Build LinkedIn Authority:
You will write sharp, incisive, text-based posts and articles for LinkedIn that capture the daily frustrations of founders and establish 390 as the thought leader on "Business Structure."
- Interview Founders:
You will talk to real business owners to extract raw, authentic stories of their operational "chaos" to fuel our content.
- Collaborate Directly with the Founder:
You will work 1-on-1 with Opemipo to refine strategy, analyze what's working, and build content funnels (like our upcoming "390 Growth Score").
- Analyze & Optimize:
Track content performance using key metrics to understand what resonates with our audience, and use that data to refine and improve our content strategy.
- Engage Our Community:
Help manage our social media channels, responding to comments and fostering a vibrant community of ambitious founders.

    You know that a LinkedIn post and an Instagram carousel are two different languages. You can write for both.

    You don't wait to be told what to do. You see a problem, propose a content solution, and execute it. You are a doer, not just a delegator.

    You're excited by the idea of

  • You are a pro with design tools (Canva, Figma) and can create visually compelling carousels.
  • You have experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
