Customer Relationship Officer

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing client relationships, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide information and assistance on insurance products and services.
  • Handle client requests, renewals, and policy updates.
  • Resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Support sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate client records and follow up on renewals.

Requirements:

  • HND/BSc in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
  • 2–4 years' experience in customer service or client management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and customer focus.
