Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Salary: 100,000 NGN

About Company: We are hiring for our client, a leading gas plant company is urgently recruiting proven marketers who have worked EXCLUSIVELY in Insurance Companies or Banks (Commercial, Microfinance, or Fintech). If you have never worked as a marketer/business development staff in an insurance company or bank, please DO NOT apply as your application will be automatically rejected.

What You Will Do

  • Generate very high-volume daily/weekly sales of cooking gas cylinders and accessories.
  • Develop and execute aggressive marketing strategies that deliver massive customer acquisition.
  • Hit and exceed ambitious sales targets consistently.
  • Build and manage a strong customer base through direct marketing, referrals, and follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a marketer/direct sales executive in an insurance company OR bank only.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets in insurance or banking.
  • Known for aggressive, result-driven marketing style.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and closing skills.
  • Must be able to take ownership to work with very high targets and pressure.
  • Must live within Moniya. Please do not apply if you live far from Moniya.
