Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Officer located at the Ibadan campus. The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting market research, and creating strategies to increase school enrollment and partnerships.

Tasks will involve relationship management, coordinating with internal teams, analyzing data to identify trends, and ensuring the school's service offerings meet the needs of the community while adhering to its mission and vision.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in New Business Development and the ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends, data, and opportunities
  • Knowledge of Finance for developing budgets, forecasting, and evaluating financial feasibility
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer Service skills to address client inquiries and foster positive relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is an advantage
  • Experience in the education sector is beneficial but not mandatory
