Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Sales and Distribution Partner based in Lagos State, Nigeria. The intern will support daily sales and distribution activities, including managing customer relationships, coordinating logistics, and tracking product inventory. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, developing sales strategies, and ensuring timely and efficient distribution of products to customers. The role also involves preparing sales reports and analyzing market trends to improve performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of sales processes, client relations, and distribution management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on improving sales strategies
  • Proficiency in basic software tools, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Team collaboration and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for the agro-food industry and understanding of organic food products preferred
  • Enrollment in or recent graduate from a degree program in Business, Sales, Logistics, Agriculture, or a related field
