We're Hiring: Growth & Retail Operations Manager (Sales, Distribution & Outlet Development)

Location: Apapa, Lagos (On-site)

Salary: ₦250,000 (Net Monthly) + Health Insurance.

About the Role:

Our client - Simply Green is growing fast and we're looking for a dynamic Growth & Retail Manager to lead the charge

This role is perfect for a results-driven retail professional who's passionate about sales, distribution, and outlet expansion. You'll oversee performance across multiple locations, drive profitability, and open new Simply Green outlets that reflect our commitment to quality and sustainability.

What You'll Do:

* Oversee and optimize product distribution across all outlets and partner locations.

* Drive weekly and monthly sales performance, ensuring targets and collections are met.

* Lead and monitor daily restocking, dispatch, and field sales operations.

* Champion the creation and setup of new Simply Green outlets — from site scouting to launch readiness.

* Collaborate with the Marketing & PR team to maintain consistent branding and customer experience.

* Conduct regular outlet visits to evaluate sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff efficiency.

* Develop new B2B and retail partnerships with supermarkets, cafés, gyms, and more.

* Generate clear, data-backed sales and expansion reports for management.

What You'll Bring:

Degree or HND in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

3–5 years' experience in FMCG, retail management, or outlet development.

Proven ability to analyze performance, spot growth opportunities, and lead teams effectively.

Strong coordination, communication, and relationship management skills.

Passion for excellence, accountability, and operational precision.

Performance Goals:

Weekly and monthly sales growth.

Successful launch and performance of new outlets.

Full distribution coverage and operational compliance.

Strong partner retention and accurate reporting.
