Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Developer to grow both our artisan network and client base in Lagos. This is a field-facing role, so you will be out engaging artisans, visiting businesses, and ensuring our marketplace thrives with top talent and paying clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage top artisans in Electrical, Plumbing & Water Systems, Cleaning & Facility Maintenance, Beauty Services, and Event Support.
  • Identify and engage high-value B2B clients such as SMEs, corporates, property managers, salons, spas, and event organizers.
  • Expand B2C presence by connecting with homeowners, apartment complexes, and individual clients.
  • Present tailored service packages, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Leverage networks, referrals, and industry events to expand both B2B and B2C client bases.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B/B2C sales, business development, or marketplace growth.
  • Strong network in Lagos artisan communities or corporate sectors is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt strategies to achieve measurable growth..
