Role Overview
SmartCity PLC is seeking energetic, confident, and target-driven Sales Officers who can convert prospects, close deals, and represent the brand professionally. Ideal candidates must be proactive, persuasive, and passionate about real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new clients for SmartCity projects.
- Promote and sell available estates, properties, and investment opportunities.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets consistently.
- Conduct follow-ups on leads, enquiries, and prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.
- Attend site inspections, product knowledge sessions, and promotional campaigns.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Sales Supervisor or Manager.
Requirements
- OND/HND/B.Sc in any discipline.
- 7-13 years sales experience in real estate experience.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Good understanding of the Lagos , Ibadan, Osogbo real estate market.
- Confidence, resilience, and excellent customer engagement ability.
