Position Overview

The Head of Communications is responsible for developing and implementing internal and external communication strategies. You will drive brand perception, manage reputation, and oversee public relations, marketing, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy: Develop comprehensive communication strategies aligned with the organization's strategic objectives and events calendar.
  • Media Relations: Build relationships with media outlets and manage crisis communication to mitigate reputational risks.
  • Digital Leadership: Manage the organization's digital presence, analyzing strategies to improve engagement and visibility.
  • Brand Management: Harmonize brand elements across all initiatives to maintain the organization's identity.
  • Team Leadership: Provide strategic leadership to the Corporate Communications Team, fostering a high-performance culture.

Requirements

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in corporate communications, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Education: First Degree in Mass Communications, Journalism, or PR. MBA or Master's degree is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong command of English, Crisis Management, and Digital Marketing knowledge.
  • Attributes: A strategic thinker and Spirit-filled Christian dedicated to making a positive impact.
