We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Human Resource Officer

Job Location: Maitama, Abuja (FCT)

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Coordinate training, performance appraisals, and employee engagement activities.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare periodic reports.
  • Support management in handling employee relations and welfare initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in service, automotive, or technical environments.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Working knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and HR software tools.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
