*Job Summary:*

The Human Resource Officer is responsible for providing HR support to the clinic, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

  5. HR record keeping and reporting

*Person Specification:*

*Education and Experience:*

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a healthcare setting

  • Professional certification in HR is an advantage

*Skills and Competencies:*

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

  • Proficient in HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll)

  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations (e.g., Labor Act, Employee Compensation Act)

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦150,000.00 per month
