*Role Summary*

The Sales Associate (Growth Associate) is responsible for driving Send24's vendor and customer acquisition efforts in their assigned state. You will be the face of Send24 within your region — identifying potential vendors, explaining our services, and helping them onboard and make their first delivery.

This is a high-impact role with a clear performance-based reward structure.

*Key Responsibilities*

  • Identify, engage, and onboard new vendors, SMEs, and local businesses to use the Send24 platform.

  • Educate potential users about Send24's subscription options and delivery solutions.

  • Support vendors through their first successful delivery and ensure they are retained as active users.

  • Report daily and weekly onboarding metrics to the Growth Team Lead.

  • Participate in periodic marketing and community engagement campaigns.

*Compensation & Incentives*

Commission + Basic Allowance + Performance bonus.

  • Top performers may be promoted to Field Captain or Growth Coordinator roles.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in field sales, marketing, or community engagement (experience in logistics or e-commerce is an advantage).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Energetic, self-driven, and passionate about helping small businesses grow.

  • Familiar with basic smartphone apps and social media tools.

  • Must be resident in one of the focus states (Lagos, Ogun, Oyo, FCT, Port Harcourt)
