This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales and Marketing Executive in Lagos. The Real Estate Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for selling real property, providing exceptional customer service, generating leads, developing sales strategies, and managing client relationships. The role also includes conducting property viewings, negotiating contracts, and liaising with other real estate professionals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Real Estate and Sales strategies
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Experience in managing Real Property transactions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the local real estate market in Lagos is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
