Customer Service Representative – BlueDutch Ltd (Lagos Island)

BlueDutch Ltd is seeking a highly professional and customer-focused
Customer Service Representative
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client interactions, responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and supporting the sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless and satisfying customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, WhatsApp, and physical visits.
  • Provide accurate information on property offerings, pricing, documentation, and company services.
  • Handle customer inquiries, follow up promptly, and ensure concerns are resolved professionally.
  • Support client onboarding, property inspections, and after-sales coordination.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records using CRM and internal systems.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing documents, updates, and client communication.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments and ensure timely feedback.
  • Uphold service standards and represent the company's brand positively in all interactions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1–3 years' experience in
    Customer Service
    ,
    Client Relations
    , or related roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent customer-handling attitude.
  • Ability to multitask, manage pressure, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM tools is an added advantage.
  • Previous experience in
    real estate

    , or service-oriented industries is beneficial.
