Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Officer at FIN Insurance Company Limited in Lagos. The Sales Personnel will be responsible for daily sales activities, including prospecting new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. The role involves promoting FIN Insurance products, providing accurate information to clients, and addressing their inquiries and concerns and generally projecting a good brand image of the company.

  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good knowledge of insurance products and industry
  • Proactive and goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Previous experience in insurance sales is a plus
