Our client, a startup in the IT Services and Consulting industry, is currently receiving applications for the role of Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will be responsible for providing financial oversight and managing the company's finances. This includes financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, cash management, tax compliance, risk management, accounting and bookkeeping, and investor relations. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage the company's financial plans and budgets. Conduct regular financial analysis to assess the company's performance and identify areas for improvement. Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to the management team and board of directors. Manage the company's cash flow to ensure that there is enough cash on hand to meet the company's financial obligations and fund growth initiatives. Carry out tax governance, compliance monitoring, tax planning and reporting in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to relevant tax laws and regulations. Manage the company's external auditors for effective statutory audits. Respond to auditors' queries promptly and accurately to ensure the successful completion of audit within the agreed timelines. Plays a critical role in supporting the implementation of various financial information systems.Review and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Identify and manage financial risks, such as currency exchange rate risk, interest rate risk, and credit risk.Manage the company's accounting and bookkeeping functions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger management.Manage investor relations, including preparing investor reports and responding to investor enquiries. RequirementsA Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field A minimum of 7 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a management roleStrong analytical and problem -solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDetail -oriented with strong organisational skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software Deadline: 30/01/2024
