Job Title: Reservation Officer (Shortlet Apartment)

Location: Ibeju Lekki, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Days Off: 3 days per week

About the Role:

We are looking for a Reservation Officer to manage bookings, guest communication, and ensure smooth operations for a shortlet apartment in Ibeju Lekki. The ideal candidate should be proactive, customer-focused, and well-organized, with strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily bookings and reservations across all platforms , direct bookings, etc.).
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and messages.
  • Confirm check-ins, checkouts, and coordinate with the housekeeping team to ensure apartments are ready for new guests.
  • Keep accurate records of all reservations, payments, and guest information.
  • Monitor occupancy and report on booking trends to management.
  • Handle guest complaints or issues calmly and efficiently.
  • Ensure an exceptional guest experience from inquiry to departure.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar reservation-related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer literacy - knowledge of booking platforms and Excel/Google Sheets is an advantage.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Must be courteous, professional, and reliable.
  • Proximity to Ibeju Lekki is highly preferred.
