Role Description

As a Booking, Reservations & Visa Officer, you'll play a dual role — managing clients' travel documentation with precision and developing new travel packages that inspire exploration.

You will ensure smooth processing of visas and essential documents while collaborating with our travel, sales, and customer service teams to deliver world-class travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Documentation Management

* Review and verify clients' travel documents (passports, IDs, visas, etc.) for authenticity and accuracy.

* Organize, track, and maintain document records, deadlines, and submission timelines.

* Assist clients in completing forms and ensure all applications are accurate and complete.

* Stay informed about changing visa rules, travel advisories, and international regulations.

* Address documentation-related inquiries and resolve client issues promptly.

Product Development

* Support the creation and enhancement of travel packages, group trips, and custom experiences.

* Research new destinations, conferences, and visa opportunities to expand our offerings.

* Conduct competitor analysis and market research to keep TravelDeer ahead of industry trends.

* Work with departments like Sales, Finance and Customer Service to ensure seamless coordination.

Compliance & Collaboration

* Ensure all processes comply with company standards and travel regulations.

* Regularly update the team on changes in visa policies or travel document requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.

* Good understanding of visa processes, travel documentation, and international travel standards.

* Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

* Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

* Professional, ethical, and discreet in handling client data.

* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
