Remuneration

  • Salary: N150,000 Gross pay including performance bonus.
  • Attractive commission on every deal closed.

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Marketing Associate to promote our HR and customer service solutions, secure new contracts, and build lasting relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and passionate about business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, contact, and onboard new business clients.
  • Promote HR and customer service outsourcing packages.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
  • Prepare proposals and presentations for potential customers.
  • Follow up on leads and close deals.
  • Represent the company professionally at meetings and events.
  • Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing, business development, or sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with HR or service-based businesses is an added advantage.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and target-focused.
  • Proficiency in social media marketing and client outreach.
  • Must reside within Ikeja, Ogba, or Iju environs.
