Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources & Operations Manager at Cirvee Academy in Ibadan.

In this role, you will oversee both HR and internal operations.

You'll be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, documentation, HR compliance, workflow organization, and operational coordination across departments.

You will also work closely with senior leadership to design and implement HR structures, develop policies, strengthen culture, and ensure smooth daily operations that support the organization's long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities


• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding


• Manage employee relations, welfare, and discipline


• Track performance, attendance, and HR compliance


• Develop HR policies, documentation, and internal structure


• Coordinate daily operations across departments


• Manage office workflow, reporting, and communication


• Ensure smooth administrative and operational processes


• Support leadership in building a strong workplace culture

Qualifications


• Strong management and organizational skills


• Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR/Operations professional


• In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations


• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition


• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities


• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills


• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information


• Proficiency in HR software and systems


• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field


• HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, CIPM) is a plus
