Responsibilities


• Manage core HR operations, including documentation, employee records, staff queries, performance management, payroll support, and benefits administration.


• Manage recruitment activities by maintaining a talent pipeline and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies.


• Serve as the primary HR contact for employee inquiries, conflict resolution, and promoting a positive workplace culture.


• Coordinate employee training and development programs, HR initiatives, and process improvement projects.


• Prepare and present HR reports to support data-driven decisions and contribute to strengthening the company's employer brand.


• Provide HR advisory to support managers in decision-making, policy interpretation, and employee life-cycle management.


• Support the organization's business service expansion and client acquisition efforts.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years proven work experience in HR or related roles.

  • Good knowledge of HR policies, HR operations, and Nigerian labor laws.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

  • Proficiency in HRIS.

  • Strong organization, problem-solving, and administrative skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
