Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager with tailoring experience, located in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Production Manager will oversee daily operations of the tailoring department, including planning, organizing, and monitoring production workflows to meet quality standards and deadlines. Responsibilities include managing and training production teams, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards, sourcing materials, and resolving production issues promptly to maintain efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in tailoring, fabric handling, and garment production processes
  • Proficient in production planning, team management, and operational efficiency
  • Proven skills in quality control, compliance, and problem-solving
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and ensure adherence to time-sensitive deadlines
  • Familiarity with inventory management and cost control is advantageous
  • Prior experience in a similar role within the tailoring or garment production industry is highly desirable
