We don't just fill vacancies—we build careers, strengthen businesses, and create lasting partnerships that drive success.Job Purpose:To support the production team by delivering high-quality garment construction, alterations, and finishing that meet high-end standards.Key Responsibilities:• Execute precise garment tailoring, alterations, and finishing.• Work closely with design and production teams to achieve desired fits and aesthetics.• Maintain consistency, accuracy, and quality in stitching and finishing.• Manage time effectively to meet production deadlines.• Care for and maintain sewing equipment.Requirements:• Minimum 1–4 years' professional experience in tailoring (luxury fashion preferred).• Strong technical skills in sewing, cutting, pattern handling, and garment construction.• Eye for detail, precision, and finishing.• Ability to follow technical specifications and designer instructions.• Professional, reliable, and quality-driven.Work Hours:• 9:00am – 6:00pm Mondays to Fridays (45-hour working week)• 1-hour breaktime is allowable.
