Job Title: Administrative Officer (Marketing, HR & Office Support) Chinese Speaker
Location: On-site — Nigeria
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to support both marketing and office operations in our Nigeria office. This role will primarily assist the Global Marketing Team in executing campaigns and initiatives tailored to the Nigerian market, while also providing HR and general office administrative support.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in Chinese and English, possess strong coordination and organizational skills, and have a good understanding of local marketing trends and cultural nuances. This position serves as a vital link between the regional market and global headquarters, ensuring smooth communication and effective campaign delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Support
- Assist the Global Marketing Team in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events for the Nigerian market.
- Localize and adapt global marketing materials to ensure cultural and linguistic alignment.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate with regional partners, agencies, and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Monitor marketing channels (e.g., social media, digital platforms, influencer collaborations) and prepare performance and feedback reports.
- Support budget tracking, vendor management, and documentation of regional marketing activities.
- Collaborate closely with design, content, and business development teams to maintain brand consistency across all deliverables.
HR & Office Support
- Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and maintaining employee records.
- Support day-to-day office operations including procurement, coordination with vendors, and facility management.
- Help organize internal events, meetings, and team activities to enhance employee engagement.
- Liaise with global HR and administration teams to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Fluency in Chinese and English (both written and spoken).
- Familiarity with Nigerian culture, communication style, and local market dynamics.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing coordination, administration, or HR support (internship or full-time).
- Strong coordination, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms and social media management tools.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
