Internship Overview

We are offering a paid internship for enthusiastic individuals interested in gaining real-world experience in aquaculture operations. As an Aquaculture Operations Intern, you will be immersed in the daily workings of our production sites and trained on core techniques in fish farming, biosecurity, and water quality management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily farm activities including feeding, cleaning, and fish stock management

  • Conduct water quality tests and monitor critical parameters

  • Assist in fish health assessments and treatment procedures

  • Maintain operational records and assist with data logging

  • Participate in routine farm maintenance and equipment checks

  • Collaborate with farm managers and technical teams on operational planning

Preferred Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Aquaculture, Fisheries, Marine Biology, Environmental Science, or a related field

  • Willingness to work outdoors and handle physically demanding tasks

  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail

  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a high-performing team

  • Prior hands-on experience in aquaculture is advantageous but not required
