CHANNELS SALES LEAD

The Company

Retail and Distribution Services Limited (RANDS) is an exclusive distributor of unique consumer utility products which offer solutions to a diverse set of challenges often experienced in daily life.

The Role

RANDS is seeking to hire an experienced Channels Sales Lead who will create, maintain, expand relationships, and expand sales across different geographies, channels, or markets. The Channel Sales Lead will be responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and partner recruitment objectives.

The Channel Sales Lead will represent the entire range of company products and push sales and services.

Job Description

· Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners within the assigned territory.

· Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue.

· Bring new partners on board and maintain relationships with existing partners.

· Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness.

· Maintain high partner satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.

· Educate partners about product portfolio and services offered.

· Address partner-related issues, sales, and pricing issues in a timely manner.

· Manage sales pipeline and forecast monthly sales.

· Develop positive working relationships ship with partners to build the business.

· Stay current with the latest developments in the marketplace and competitor activities.

· Communicate up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to partners.

· Independently identify and utilize resources (including analysis of market data and trends) to develop sales plans/strategies to identify contact and create relationships with new leads.

· Determine appropriate strategies to develop the relationship with potential sales partners through the application process.

· Support the creation of presentations to communicate strategies to sales partners.

· Develop process improvements to optimize partner management activities.

Requirement

● A bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Business or any related discipline

● Minimum of 3-4 years of sales experience in B2C

● Demonstrated success in territory sales growth in new markets.

● Identify, recruit, onboard and manage channel partners.

● Assist in partner marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns, and other promotional activities.

● Flexible to travel.

● Proven ability to represent a sales brand with the utmost level of professionalism and integrity.

● Good time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills.

● Strong analytical, strategic, and conceptual thinking skills

● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills with strong negotiation skills

● Ability to work with less or no supervision.

● Strong organizational skills

● Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness.
