National Sales Manager
Location:
Lagos, Nigeria (Nationwide coverage)
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and execute national sales and distribution strategy
- Translate strategy into clear regional and territory execution plans
- Build, lead, and coach a high-performance national sales team
- Drive disciplined execution, ethical detailing, and revenue growth
- Strengthen distributor, pharmacy chain, and key account partnerships
- Track performance using data, dashboards, and structured reviews
- Lead national forecasting, demand planning, and pipeline management
- Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Sciences, Business, or related discipline
- 4–6 years progressive sales experience in pharmaceuticals or FMCG
- Minimum 3 years in a senior sales leadership role
- Strong understanding of ethical detailing and pharmacy channels
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills
- High level of integrity, accountability, and strategic thinking
