National Sales Manager

Location:
 Lagos, Nigeria (Nationwide coverage)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute national sales and distribution strategy
  • Translate strategy into clear regional and territory execution plans
  • Build, lead, and coach a high-performance national sales team
  • Drive disciplined execution, ethical detailing, and revenue growth
  • Strengthen distributor, pharmacy chain, and key account partnerships
  • Track performance using data, dashboards, and structured reviews
  • Lead national forecasting, demand planning, and pipeline management
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Sciences, Business, or related discipline
  • 4–6 years progressive sales experience in pharmaceuticals or FMCG
  • Minimum 3 years in a senior sales leadership role
  • Strong understanding of ethical detailing and pharmacy channels
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and strategic thinking
