Job Title: Sales Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

· Drive sales to achieve the set monthly revenue target.

· Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation, prospecting, and presentation to closing and post-sales client relationship management.

· Convert leads provided by the company into active clients while also generating personal leads to expand sales opportunities.

· Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust, retention, and repeat business.

· Provide after-sales support, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

· Work closely with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns, promotions, and activation strategies.

· Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients to maintain an active sales pipeline.

· Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively position company offerings.

· Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback.

Job qualifications

· 3 years experience in sales, business development, in a financial or media sector

· Experience in the training or business advisory industry is a plus

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field

· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

· Ability to build and maintain client relationships

· Knowledge of market research and lead generation

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
