Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of the company's growth and expansion strategy.
- Identify and research new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
- Assist in lead generation, client onboarding, and relationship management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, prospects, and partnership pipelines using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align business goals with campaigns and product offerings.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch materials for potential clients and investors.
- Participate in meetings, demos, and industry events to promote the company's products and services.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide actionable insight.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations (preferably in fintech, tech, or financial services).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
- A genuine interest in fintech innovation and digital financial solutions.
