  • Identify business opportunities and map the decision-making process of prospects.
  • Analyze client needs, organize product demonstrations, and propose tailored solutions.
  • Guide prospects through the sales process to contract signing (SPANCO).
  • Capture new market share and expand business opportunities.
  • Monitor, develop, and maintain strong relationships with client accounts.
  • Prepare and submit activity reports: daily, weekly, and monthly.
  • Track competitor activities and market trends through competitive intelligence.
  • Conduct technology scouting and stay updated on industry developments.
  • Ensure timely and effective handling of customer complaints.
  • Support the collection of outstanding receivables.
  • Develop business cases for both prospects and existing clients.
  • Adhere to MTN's procedures, policies, and corporate values.
  • Manage company assets and fixed assets responsibly.

General working conditions:

  • Normal MTN Benin working conditions May be required extend hours

Continuous Risk & Compliance Management & Reporting :

  • Perform and encourage continuous and effective risk management practice within your activities.
  • Promote risk-based decision taken. Ensure effective escalation of key risks, compliance breach and non-ethical issues.
  • Demonstrate and encourage ethical behaviors. Promote Business continuity best practices and compliance to applicable regulations and internal PPPs (Policy, Process and Procedures).
