About Our Client:

Our client is a dynamic specialty retail brand in Lekki, Lagos Nigeria. Offering premium bed and bath furnishings, home essentials, and décor accessories. The brand is committed to delivering high‑quality products that enhance comfort and well‑being in the home, combining both physical retail presence and e‑commerce operations.

Purpose of the Role:

The Digital Marketer will lead and manage all digital marketing efforts for our client's 3-brands. This role is central to increasing brand visibility, driving engagement, generating leads, and optimizing online campaigns across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), SEO, email marketing, and other relevant online channels.
  • Set up, monitor, and optimise paid advertising campaigns to ensure performance and ROI.
  • Lead SEO strategy and implementation to improve organic search ranking and drive traffic.
  • Create, schedule, and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and client acquisition workflows.
  • Monitor website traffic, campaign metrics, social media engagement; analyse data and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with creative/design team to develop campaign assets (graphics, video, copy) and maintain consistent brand image across digital channels.
  • Maintain and strengthen the brand's online presence, ensuring messaging aligns with its ethos of comfort, value, and quality.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, proposing initiatives to improve marketing performance.
  • Support ad‑hoc digital marketing tasks, including online promotions, virtual events, and brand collaborations.

Work Schedule:

  • On‑site presence required 3 days per week
  • 3 days per week may be worked remotely

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in digital marketing, managing multi‑channel campaigns in retail or home‑goods sectors.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, SEO tools, email marketing platforms, social media advertising, and analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimise campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage digital marketing efforts for a branded retail company and execute campaigns end-to-end.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Must be available to resume immediately.
