Job Description:

The Storekeeper will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining accurate records of all construction materials and tools. The role ensures that inventory levels are properly monitored and that materials are available when required to avoid site delays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials and equipment.
  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory register for materials, tools, and consumables.
  • Issue materials to site teams based on approved requisitions.
  • Monitor stock levels and alert management when reordering is required.
  • Ensure safe and orderly storage of materials to prevent damage or loss.
  • Prepare daily and weekly material usage and balance reports.
  • Support site audits and ensure accurate reconciliation of stock records.
  • Enforce proper documentation and control procedures.
