JOB TITLE: Dancers' Relations Officer

SALARY: N250,000-N300, 000

At Secrets Palace, we pride ourselves on creating an exclusive and well-structured nightlife experience. Our exotic dancers are a vital part of the Clubhouse, and we are committed to ensuring their welfare, professionalism, and smooth integration into daily and nightly operations.

We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Dancers Relations Officer to manage and coordinate our dancers' schedules, provide guidance, and act as the main link between dancers and management.

Key Responsibilities

Scheduling & Coordination

* Manage dancers' daytime schedules, rehearsals, and rotations.

* Ensure dancers are punctual, prepared, and in alignment with the club's program.

* Coordinate with the House Mum and Head Sister for smooth daily operations.

Welfare & Relationship Management

* Act as the first point of contact for dancers' concerns, needs, and professional support.

* Foster a positive, safe, and respectful working environment.

* Monitor attendance, discipline, and compliance with club policies.

Operational Support

* Assist management with dancer-related logistics (costumes, appearance, performance readiness).

* Ensure smooth handovers between day and night operations.

* Keep proper records of schedules, attendance, and related documentation.

Conflict & Issue Resolution

* Address and escalate dancers' challenges in a timely and professional manner.

* Mediate minor conflicts and provide guidance to maintain team harmony.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Human Relations, or related field (preferred but not mandatory if experienced).

* Previous experience in hospitality, people management, entertainment, or HR support roles is an advantage.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse personalities.

* High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.

* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

* Ability to stay composed under pressure in a nightlife/clubhouse environment.
