We are looking for a passionate and organized
Project Management Associate (Intern)
to join our remote team. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience managing real client projects and collaborating with software engineers and designers in a dynamic startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor ongoing software development projects.
  • Follow up with developers and engineers to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Support the preparation of project timelines, task trackers, and reports.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to share
    weekly progress updates
    .
  • Document project milestones, deliverables, and action points.
  • Participate in project review meetings and record minutes.
  • Work closely with the project lead to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of
    project management principles
    (Agile/Scrum knowledge is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Trello, Notion, or Asana.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in follow-up.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a
    remote
    team environment.
  • Currently a student or recent graduate interested in tech, business, or management.
