The purpose of this procurement is to acquire a reliable and durable vehicle suitable for field operations and official use within Nigeria.

• Warranty: Minimum of 3 years or 100,000 km, whichever comes first.

- Service Plan: Comprehensive service plan covering at least 3 years or 60,000 km.

- Spare Parts & Maintenance: Suppliers must confirm availability of authorized service centres and spare parts within Nigeria.

Delivery Requirements

• Delivery Location: Novare Mall, Wuse Zone 5, Abuja

• Delivery Timeframe: Within 30 days from the date of tender award.

• Documentation: Vehicle must be delivered with all relevant registration documents, manufacturer's warranty certificates, and service plan documentation.

Submission Guidelines

Interested and eligible vendors are required to submit:

1. A completed quotation inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery costs.

2. Technical specifications of the vehicle offered, including product brochure or datasheet.

3. Evidence of past performance (at least two similar supplies within the last three years).

4. Corporate registration documents (CAC certificate or equivalent).

5. Valid tax clearance certificate, NSITF

6. Proof of authorized dealership or distributorship.
