Base Salary: ₦250,000 per month

Role Overview

The Client Partnerships Executive will support the growth of a professional training and capacity-building organization by expanding its client base, strengthening institutional relationships, and increasing participation in training programs. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, engaging organizations, and converting interest into confirmed training engagements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client & Market Engagement

  • Engage corporate organizations, institutions, and professional bodies to promote training programs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with HR, Learning & Development, and management teams.
  • Follow up on inquiries and expressions of interest related to training offerings.

2. Program Growth & Partnerships

  • Support the expansion of open and in-house training programs through outreach and partnerships.
  • Identify collaboration opportunities with organizations, facilitators, and industry groups.
  • Assist in packaging training solutions to match client needs.

3. Proposals & Coordination

  • Prepare training proposals, concept notes, and engagement summaries.
  • Coordinate client discussions from initial contact through confirmation of training programs.
  • Work with internal teams to align client requirements with training delivery.

4. Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Maintain a pipeline of prospects and active client engagements.
  • Provide regular updates on outreach activities, confirmed programs, and upcoming opportunities.
  • Track client feedback and repeat engagement opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
  • 3–47 years' experience in client engagement, business development, partnerships, corporate services, training, consulting, or professional services.
  • Experience working with organizations rather than retail consumers is an advantage.

  • Proposal writing and basic commercial awareness.

  • Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
