KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise the daily operations of multiple production lines, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

-Develop and implement operational strategies, processes, and policies to maximize productivity and control costs.

  • Collaborate with production managers to plan and schedule production to meet output targets.

  • Identify and troubleshoot issues that may cause production delays and implement corrective actions.

  • Manage the entire supply chain, including procurement, inventory control, and distribution.

  • Coordinate with the logistics department to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of products to customers.

  • Manage relationships with suppliers and service providers to ensure timely availability of raw materials and supplies.

  • Track inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to replenish stock as needed.

-Implement and maintain quality control systems.

Ensure compliance with regulations.

  • Lead production teams, recruit, train, and mentor staff.

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Prepare reports on operational performance.

Manage operational budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.

Experience: 5–7 years in operations management within the FMCG industry, including supervisory experience.

SKILLS

Strong leadership and analytical skills.

Knowledge of supply chain management and production processes.

Proficiency in ERP systems.

Understanding of industry regulations and quality standards.
