Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced and organized HR / Admin Officers to join our team in Ibadan. The

successful candidates will be responsible for supporting daily human resources and

administrative operations, ensuring efficient office management, compliance with HR policies,

and a positive work environment. This role is vital in fostering employee satisfaction, operational

efficiency, and HR best practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

● Support the implementation and enforcement of HR policies, procedures, and standards.

● Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, shortlisting, scheduling

interviews, and onboarding of new hires.

● Maintain accurate employee records, manage leave schedules, and update HR

databases.

● Prepare HR-related reports such as headcount, payroll inputs, and performance

updates.

● Handle employee inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary procedures in line with internal

policies.

● Assist in organizing training programs, performance appraisals, and employee

engagement initiatives.

● Oversee administrative functions such as procurement of office supplies, asset

management, and facility maintenance.

● Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements such as NSITF, ITF,

PENCOM, and PAYE.

● Liaise with relevant government agencies on HR and administrative matters.

● Support senior management with HR insights and documentation as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

● HND or B.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or

related field.

● Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant work experience in HR and administration.

● Membership of CIPM or related HR professional body is an added advantage.

● Solid understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.

● Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

● Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
