Job Title: Rosabon Sales Officer

Location: Ibadan, Oyo State

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team in Osogbo, Osun State. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, evaluating loan applications, and building strong relationships with customers.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate loan applications and documentation to determine credit worthiness

  • Interview applicants to assess financial eligibility and loan feasibility

  • Analyze financial data and metrics to inform lending decisions

  • Communicate with clients to request or provide information

  • Justify and report on loan decisions

  • Complete loan contracts and counsel clients on policies and restrictions

  • Review loan agreements for accuracy and completeness

  • Update account records and process transactions on ERP

  • Collaborate with underwriters to resolve loan application issues

  • Stay up-to-date with loan types and financial services

  • Assess customer needs and introduce relevant loan products

  • Develop referral networks and cross-sell products and services

  • Build trust relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Comply with laws, regulations, and lending guidelines

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Loan Officer or similar role

  • Familiarity with banking software and applications

  • Solid understanding of lending products and practices

  • Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies

  • Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment and meet targets

  • OND , HND, BSc

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₦80,000.00 per month
