This person will ensure that students not only understand theoretical concepts but can also apply them in real-world, beginner-friendly projects.The ideal candidate is passionate about simplifying complex AI concepts (like Python, supervised learning, neural networks, and data preprocessing) and inspiring students to see the practical impact of AI in robotics, automation, and aerospace.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and refine the AI/ML Foundations course outline — ensuring it covers essential beginner topics such as:Introduction to Python for AI/MLData preprocessing and feature engineeringSupervised vs unsupervised learningModel training, testing, and evaluationBasics of neural networks and deep learningHands-on mini-projects (chatbots, image classifiers, predictive models)Create short, engaging video lessons or slides that explain concepts in a clear, step-by-step format.Develop project-based assignments that help students practice real-world AI applications.Update course materials regularly to align with new trends and technologies in AI/ML.Ensure all teaching materials (slides, datasets, code samples) are well-documented, beginner-friendly, and free of technical errors.Host weekly live sessions or Q&A discussions to clarify lessons and guide students through projects.Explain complex topics like gradient descent, overfitting, and model evaluation in simple, relatable terms.Actively monitor the online community discussions — answer student questions, review assignments, and encourage collaboration.Create additional mini-challenges or exercises to reinforce weekly learning.Provide personalized feedback to students on code submissions or projects.Encourage peer learning by organizing small student groups for practice tasks.Record short "recap" videos or tutorials to address common student difficulties.Promote curiosity by linking each concept to real-world use cases (AI in drones, aerospace design, self-driving systems, etc.).Develop weekly or bi-weekly quizzes to test student understanding of each module.Review project submissions and assess student performance based on creativity, accuracy, and understanding.Provide constructive feedback that highlights both strengths and areas for improvement.Maintain detailed progress reports and share periodic updates with the Program Manager.Ensure all assessments align with learning outcomes and industry-relevant skills.
