Channel Sales Manager

Channel Strategy andDevelopment · Develop and execute a comprehensive channel salesstrategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.· Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners,ensuring alignment with the company's market goals.· Design and implement partner incentive programs todrive sales performance. Relationship Management· Build and maintain strong, long -term relationshipswith channel partners.· Act as the primary point of contact for allpartner -related inquiries and issues, ensuring timely resolution.· Facilitate regular business reviews with partners toassess performance and identify growth opportunities. Sales Target Achievement· Collaborate with channel partners to meet or exceedsales targets.· Monitor and report on channel sales performance,providing insights and recommendations for improvement.· Coordinate with the internal sales team to managejoint opportunities and ensure seamless execution. Partner Enablement and Training· Develop and deliver training programs for channelpartners on product knowledge, sales techniques, and value propositions.· Provide marketing and technical support to enhancepartner capability and effectiveness.· Collaborate with the marketing team to createco -branded campaigns and promotional activities. Market Intelligence· Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, andcustomer needs to refine channel strategies.· Provide feedback to internal teams on productdevelopment and service improvements based on partner and customer insights. Compliance and Reporting· Ensure all channel activities comply with thecompany's policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.· Prepare and present detailed reports on channel salesperformance, forecasts, and pipeline activities to senior leadership. Requirements· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,Marketing, Sales, or a related field.· MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is anadvantage.· Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in sales, with atleast 3 years in channel or partner sales management, preferably in thebusiness technology solutions industry.· Proven track record of achieving sales targets andmanaging high -performing channel relationships.· Experience in multi -industry client engagement ishighly desirable.
