Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a T24 Transact Support Specialist and other enterprise and business application support, based in Ikeja with the flexibility to work remotely when required. The role involves providing technical support and troubleshooting for all enterprice and business application platform, delivering exceptional customer support, and ensuring efficient resolution of system-related inquiries and problems. Responsibilities include identifying and resolving technical issues, answering client questions, collaborating with teams, and ensuring the seamless operation of the platform.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess and solve complex problems effectively
  • Knowldged of glassfish, CRM, Customer Onboarding application, 3CX, M365 e.tc
  • Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting systems and software
  • Proficiency in Customer Support, ensuring excellent client service and satisfaction
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear documentation and client interactions
  • Knowledge of T24 Transact or similar banking platforms is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing onsite and remote tasks efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
  • Proactive attitude with strong organizational and time management skills
