· Ensure that all incoming calls are answered timeously.
· Professionally process sales and/or customer service calls.
· Ensure that conversion rate is not less than 50% of total bookings.
· Respond to customer's queries across all relevant communication channels including but not limited to emails and chats within a pre-determined time-frame.
· Resolve customer issues with our core values in mind.
· Offer products and extras to clients.
· Recovery of failed or cancelled bookings
· Assemble and issue required documentation, such as tickets, travel insurance policies, hotel reservations and itineraries.
· Calculation and quotation of flight and schedule changes.
· Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints and comments, as well as actions taken.
· Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle enquiries and complaints.
· Inform customers of essential travel information, such as travel times, transportation connections, and medical and visa requirements.
· Relay updates and information to passengers in a friendly and timely manner.
