Role Overview
The Brand Executive will lead the end-to-end branding function, ensuring our brand remains visible, credible, influential, and consistent.
You will manage our online presence, oversee website updates, produce compelling content, and uphold our brand identity across all platforms — digital and physical.
This role is central to shaping how BlueDutch is perceived within the broader Lekki/Island real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Identity
- Develop and execute a cohesive brand strategy across digital and offline channels.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints — content, marketing materials, presentations, listings, and internal documents.
- Drive brand storytelling to enhance trust, credibility, and emotional connection with clients and investors.
Content Creation & Digital Media
- Create engaging visual and video content: reels, motion graphics, carousels, lifestyle photography, property showcases, short-form videos, and brand campaigns.
- Support photoshoots, video shoots, and creative production sessions.
- Write compelling captions, creative scripts, and short marketing copy.
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow all social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube & Google Business Profile.
- Build and engage a strong online community — respond to comments, DMs, inquiries, and feedback.
- Run paid digital campaigns and analyze performance (reach, engagement, conversion).
Website Management & Updates
- Oversee timely website updates for property listings, blogs, pricing, landing pages, and new project launches.
- Work directly with the web development team to ensure accuracy and brand alignment.
- Manage SEO-friendly blog posts, website descriptions, and keyword optimization.
- Track website engagement analytics and recommend improvements for user experience and lead generation.
Brand Monitoring & Research
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, buyer behavior, and digital patterns to ensure the brand remains competitive.
- Monitor online reviews, audience conversations, and digital reputation.
Internal & External Collaboration
- Collaborate with the Sales, Business Development, and Media teams to align campaigns with active listings and marketing goals.
- Prepare monthly brand analytics and performance reports for management review.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in branding, digital marketing, or content strategy (real estate/lifestyle sector preferred).
- Strong skills in design tools Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite e.t.c
- Excellent understanding of brand positioning, visual identity, and digital storytelling.
- Familiar with running ads and analyzing marketing metrics.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently within a hybrid model.
- Familiarity with the Lekki/Island property market is an added advantage.
