Job Position: Administrative Manager

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time (Fully Onsite)

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee general office operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
  • Supervise and coordinate administrative staff, including front desk, drivers, and facility support personnel.
  • Manage office supplies, logistics, and vendor relationships efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of company documentation, correspondence, and operational data.
  • Oversee facility management, including maintenance, utilities, and security coordination.
  • Coordinate employee attendance, leave, and performance tracking systems.
  • Assist management with internal communication and policy implementation.
  • Foster a professional, supportive, and compliant workplace culture.
  • Work with the accounts team to monitor administrative budgets and expenses.
  • Ensure timely procurement of office supplies and equipment.
  • Track vendor invoices and support proper documentation for payment processing.
  • Provide administrative support to the Managing Director and other senior executives.
  • Help coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and maintain confidential records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 3 – 5 years of proven experience in administrative or operations management, preferably within real estate or corporate services.

Salary

N250,000 Monthly.
